Yesterday my husband and I we took the flight to Dubai .How is it that we are missing our two perfumes ? Their cost is 200 euro !!!!!

the following flights have been posted all day as "en route" when I have seen on 24hRadar that they had arrived at 06:53 am
HM 187 Air Seychelles (AUH) Abu Dhabi 6:35 AM En Route

It is probably now too late to claim the VAT back.
I find this abysmal lack of service extremely unsatisfactory, to the extent that is has marred an otherwise brilliant trip. It has also put me off returning to the Seychelles.
I also noted the complete lack of protective equipment being worn by the ground staff on the flight line. This included no ear defenders or steel capped shoes. In a country such as the Seychelles, where I can't imagine the general staff are being paid a great deal, I would imagine the airport, as a responsible employer, would provide simple items such as these so as to best look after the welfare and health of its employees. In the grand scheme of things the small cost imposed would pail in comparison to the cost imposed on the health system, when these people suffer from long term or short term injuries.
You lot need to sort you bloody act out, words can't describe my lack of respect poor impression of the airport and how it is run.
On another note the wee cafe in the departure lounge should be closed, or taken to court for false advertising, because from what I saw and the food that was slapped on the bowl in front of me didn't even look close in appearance, quality or quantity to what is shown in the menu.
I expect to get a reply stating how my concerns have been address in real terms. Management jargon will not be considered a suitable answer.
Shame on you for not ensuring that the counter was not open for all international flights!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am now substantially out of pocket due to your piss poor service.
I would like to know what is the quantity of alcoholic beverage to bring into Seychelles?

-Taxis generally rip you off even though the airport authority writes
"Taxi fare to Victoria is approximately SR.75. During the night time, a surcharge applies, bringing the cost to SR.100."
Well, multiply that by factor 4 or 5 and you got the right idea.
-Airport authority obviously does not want to take measures against this practice

I am writing to inform you that my family and I had missed our connection due to a very poor service of your agents.
On the 22nd October 2011, my husband, my 9 months baby and myself flew from Doha, Qatar to Saint-Denis, La Reunion. We had a 7 hours stopover at the Seychelles airport which we spend at the lounge airport. An hour prior to departure, we were getting prepared and the lounge manager came to make an announcement to all as the flight was delayed by at least one hour. So we sat down, exhausted by the waiting and tried to keep my baby entertained. An hour later, three airport crew agents came to us and yelled that we are needed at the gate as the plane is taking off soon. We quickly put our luggage together, in less than a minute we were downstairs at the gate. We introduced ourselves and were ready to go when a lady firmly said that it is too late and there is nothing she can do.
15 minutes later we saw the plan taking off. Gutted, we asked for new options; we got offered to stay at our own cost in the Seychelles until the next flight which was 4 days later or to take the flight to Mauritius (which was in fact, the one delayed) and then from Mauritius to La Reunion, that way we could be at La Reunion during the night. We chose the second option and stayed 3 hours in the airport crew's office to purchase the flight tickets. Eventually and just fifteen minutes from the flight time, we got our tickets but only the ones to Mauritius so we would have to go through the same stress and waiting over there to get the tickects to la Reunion. We didn’t have a choice so flew to Mauritius. At arrivals we has less than an hour to explained our situation, buy 3 flight tickets to La Reunion.
This error put me and my family in a difficult situation; we ended up spending more than 24 hours between flights and airports and spending an extra 1300 Euros. We were simply devastated by the gross of the situation, not to mention the worries for my baby. This caused us considerable inconvenience.
I am writing to ask you to please make up the shortfall immediately and to ensure that such errors do not happen again. The manager should have mentioned the flight number and air company when saying a delay announcement. Also, the crew must make sure if 3 people are missing at the gate but passed security and boarding, then they should be found, especially in such a small airport! I enclose a copy of the apologetic testimonial letter written by the lounge manager.
